Clickshare(sm) is the platform on which the consumer of the next century can access independently owned content from many places, yet pay for it from a single credit facility. Because it aggregates charges for monthly (or more frequent) settlement, no credit-card information -- or the name of the purchaser -- is sent across the Internet.

Using patent-pending technology, our backend service network then exchanges data with Clickshare servers at affiliated commerce web sites, validates users and tracks them across multiple, unrelated Clickshare-powered sites. Users may authorize affiliated sites to receive and use demographic data about them so that they may obtain personalized service, purchase information or be rewarded for viewing sponsored material.

Clickshare tracks discrete access to all Clickshare-protected pages, whether chargeable or free. This tracking data is aggregated and forms the basis of a system, much like an ATM network, for charging activity back to the user's chosen independent membership provider, clearing commissions, royalties and transaction fees.

Clickshare(sm) aggregates charges for content served to users, regardless of where they have their "home" credit relationship. We leave the marketing contours of the user relationship, including pricing, up to the affiliated content and membership providers.
